Representation of financial institutes engaged in credit transactions in finance-related transactions and the relating security transactions. Advising for banks and other financial ventures in bank regulation affairs, as well as their representation in procedures initiated before the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority. Bank regulation includes mainly foundation of ventures providing services subject to licensing, as well as acquisition of permits for their operation, and cooperation in establishment of property and venture capital funds.

Capital market related legal service provision includes advising for share subscribers in relation to securities embodying credit relations, as well as assistance for small and medium size ventures in their entry into the regulated market.

Corporate law

The special field of corporate law includes first of all general corporate law advising from the simplest company affairs to the more complex transactions, should it be foundation of companies, amendments of company data, restructuring, reorganisation or tasks related to insolvency.

Fusion and buying up

This special field includes all services related to merge, buying up, restructuring, foundation and sales of joint ventures, which services are demanded mainly by private limited and off-shore companies. Advising covers all phases of transactions: from working out of term sheets via legal due diligence to performance of works related to the effective implementation of an investment, as well as legal tasks related to the successful closure of an investment in many cases.

Competition law and EU regulation

The field of competition law includes legal advising related to the restraint of trade and cartel affairs, acting before the Hungarian competition authorities, however, it covers a number of other relating fields such as advertising law, protection of consumers and information supply on data protection.

Labour law

The legal service covers all tasks to be fulfilled in respect of the labour law, including drawing of labour contracts, opinion giving on them, administration of affairs related to the termination of labour relation, issues related to the social role of different companies, tasks related to data protection, working out and drawing of employment rules and benefit systems, management of reorganisations and staff reduction, answering questions related to legal succession, due diligence according to the labour right, and settlement of issues related to compensation.

Energy market, forwarding and carriage

Legal advising in relation to projects of regional and international mineral oil and gas explorations, including acquisition and exercise of concession rights and also other issues of regulation, as well as issues arising in connection with road and railway forwarding and other infrastructural investments, power plant establishments and traffic reorganisations.

Settlement of legal procedures and disputes

This field covers the legal representation of customers in the successful and efficient settlement of their business disputes, as well as legal proceedings before the courts and arbitrary courts and procedures without legal proceedings. The special field includes affairs related to damage claims, settlement of damages beyond a contract, press and administration suites, and includes also the most diverse suits and non legal proceedings, as well as other alternative procedures of settlement of disputes.

Private equity, venture capital

Advising in respect of venture capital, private equity and hedge funds, also for fund managing companies intending to win EU supports. Preparation of investment target companies for financial investments, and execution of transactions related to an investment, including legal advising in respect of successful closure.

Public procurement

Advising and representation cover certain issues of preparation for public procurements and the procedure itself.

Property law

Representation of private persons and investors in affairs related to properties to be used as flats or non-flats, to industrial parks and office establishments. Legal representation of institutional investors in various transactions, such as establishment and operation of property funds, purchase of properties, financing and alienation of property portfolios.

Advising for Hungarian and international customers in relation to the construction of flats, hotels and office blocks, as well as to industrial park projects. This legal field covers also legal representation in respect of sales contract, other relating contracts of work or appointment, bank financing legal transactions.
